Hi xiomara I think the same as teachers techniques are really important, but we have to work with our heart to get important changes in mind of our students we have to trust in ourselves to make a good job with them.

For instance, teaching and learnig are critical to oue individual and collective survival and to the quality of our lives; besides,the pace of change has us snarled in complexities, cofusions, and and conflicts that will diminish us or do us in, if we do not enlarge our capacity to teach and learn.
