well, it is more difficult to teach large classes because we have to be allert of the circunstances arround the classroom and how our students learn in every particular way, because we have to active, motivate
and we have to deal with every behavior and mood of the students and the environment of the classroom.
but we have to remember that we as teacher have to be a facilitator, the person who creates the atmosphere and who involve students by giving the materials, tools, and preparing for real lifes' situation.

Watch the DVD and see how to work with Errors Teaching Technique. What’s your take on testing? What seems to be more difficult: Teaching teens or teaching large classes? Reason your answer and think outside the box, please. Create a Venn Diagram as well.

well, we have to learn by errors because we as  teachers always have to prepare hour lesson plan but if at the time of the class we face problems with the learning process, we have to be aware to overcome those problem and try to incorporate all the knowledge, patient, and encourage students to be involved. We always have to have a plan “B” in every class to face the problems and find a possible solution.

How can we raise student awareness about how students can best learn and help them find more ways of learning English more effectively and productively? Exemplify this through the lens of a student and a prospective ELT practitioner

Well, we as teachers have to create the conditions in with they might be able to learn, it means that we are not going to put into their brains all the information we cannot learn for students. We as teachers must have a very active role in the classroom to help them to go to the other level. We must teach them through real life situation, we have to involve them in the class, enable them to work at their own speed, no long explanations. Students do not need long explanations about an specific topic, they need how to integrate the topic into their life and solve problems. Students do not learn in the same way and at the same time that is way we have to recognize students’ learning if not maybe only one or two will understand the topic but the rest of the class will be misunderstood, because of fact that we are giving long explanations and not go to the point or putting into practice.
Students need to talk as much as they can, they need variety,  they need feedback. The teacher is there to help learning to happen.
Students need do something not just listen to the teacher and receiving information.
Students need putting into practice every time and every day in the class.
Students need reflect by the teacher and by their own learning process
Students need get conclusions.
Students need be prepare to use the information and to solve problem by putting into practice.
For example: if we as teachers are in a passive way in the classroom, the results are going to be a lack of learning. If we just are talking and talking most of their students will not pay attention and at the end they will say: I do not understand anything. We need to create a good environment by showing respect non-judgmental, empathy being able to see things from the other person’s perspective, and authenticity being ourselves.
Reflections about THE COURAGE TO TEACH BY PALMER /7 ENTRIES ALONG THE SEMESTER How would you deal with error correction in your classroom (s)?
Well, at the time of teaching is important that I give my students an honest feedback and try to teach them how to talk or pronoun but in their own way, not tray that they speak a second language as their first but given them the tools.
Second I have to model a typical real life in which the fell connected to the topic and teach them how to deal with it.
Third recognize the feeling by intonation it can be repeat a dialogue in which they read in an angry, happy or sad way.
Fourth use dialogues ask them to go through the deal deciding and marking which syllables are stressed. In this point practices is very important, also reading and performing the dialogue, and later give feedback on feeling.
Fifth chants: poems or dialogues are important because they learn in this way by repeating line by line.
Sixth shadow reading: reading at the same time along with a competence reader it can be very useful because they learn by reading and the rest can heard and say the errors.

Seventh voice sitting heard a number of times. They need to hear the teacher but also their classmates and themselves. In this way students quickly recall some distinctive impressions about how the language is spoken by other people.
